cont.. behind of the little exercises at home

although we do some exercise at home, we can have a millions benefits that we never see the changed in tiny cell,tissue  inside our body. We can fell it,and also see the muscle built that make body fit and maintain.
 now i would like to tell you a little bit benefit that we gain from it.

-release stress
when we facing the problems,and our brain cant functioning well. we start stress. so to avoid from being along time,we can do some exercise to release it at the right way. The stress also affect our  heart.

-good for your heart beat
Exercises training us to breath properly and help control heart beat

-Exercise Can Reduce Anxiety-Overcoming Social Anxiety
