Fujitsu Toshiba IS12T-first phone run windows Phone Mango

well hello readers,

Fujitsu and Toshiba have officially announced IS12T, the first phone that will run on the new Mango version of the Windows Phone 7 platform.
According to Slashgear, the smartphone has some specifications that will certainly spark the enthusiasm of its fans: 13.2 MP camera, 32GB storage capacity, water and dust resistance. The handset has a 3.7-inch WVGA screen and is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8655 SoC processor at 1GHz.
On the connectivity part, the phone supports CMDS, GSM, WiFi b/g/n and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. Its design and functionality are based on the REGZA T-01C, an Android phone currently available in Japan market through the NTT DoCoMo operator.
Microsoft confirmed earlier this week that Windows Phone Mango has completed the process of development, reaching the stage of RTM or Release to Manufacturing, which means that the hardware manufacturers can turn on the production lines for devices that will run on the new upgrade.
Mango will give the developers more control over the camera and motion sensors, opening the possibility of augmented reality experiences on Windows Phone 7. Applications will benefit from better integration into the phone, which means that they can take advantage of the live titles from the W7P phones.
Microsoft has also managed to attract major names such as Skype, Amazon, Kik Messenger and Spotify to develop applications for Mango. Fujitsu Toshiba Windows Phone IS12T will hit the market in September, and will be currently available only in Japan.
